  1. Googles stance on this matter is that they did not take the video they did not upload it and they cooperated with officials and removed the video as soon as they were notified. italys stance on it is that google basically should not have aloud it on their server to begain with.
my opinion is that ya i'm sorry this kid with down-syndrom got video taped being bullied and that it was put on youtube but what italy has to understand is that google got rid of the video as soon as they were notified and the real culprites are the kids who harassed him and video taped it but then again what do i know.....

  2. Well there is the side of Ility and how it say that for have it on there site that they should be held responsible for it because they should be able to filter it and be able to get ride of it when it is bad. then on the other side of thing google says that a compony should not be held responsible for what is on there site because they do not have enought people to filter it because it would be relly costly.
Well in my opion google is right and there is alway going to people that do not agree with some thing cause they just like to rebell. but how can they be held responsible for some on elces actions.

  3. this is the stupidest thing i have ever seen why should Google have to pay for something they didn't not do. Google did every thing right because as soon as they found out they removed the video from there site.
well my opinion is that the people that need to pay for it are the dumb kid that pick on the kid. i thing that they are just scared of the power that google hold over a lot of the internet and they just want to get ride of them

  4. Hey guys, two paragraphs! Paragraphs typically have a topic sentence and multiple sentences. I also prompted you that comments may not be the best place to write this assignment.

Also, proof read... capitalization, pucntuation, spelling.
