1.Social norms are the behavioral expectations and cues within a society or group.

With more and more Facebook information is being made available off the actual Facebook.com site - from Facebook Connect sites, the ability to include your profile in search engine results, as well as recent deals to include Facebook status updates in Bing search returns - it's harder to know if that photo or status update about your antics last night will be seen by 100 of your "friends" or the entire World Wide Web.
