In the 1984 commercial, the woman is breaking all the IBMers free of their corporate monotony and bringing individuality and pizzazz to the world. In the second one, the mac representative is cool, smooth, and has the better looks (and better women). 2. A suit and tie kind of computer. Boring, plain, soul-less, and business oriented. 3. According to the commercial, Apple people are fun loving trendsetters, individuals, and people who don't enjoy the life of the plain clothed. PC people are the opposite: business oriented middle aged guys who don't want to move against the grain.
